Florian Bräuer

I am entrepreneur and developer, bridging the biz and the tech world. I always question the status-quo, looking for world-changing solutions to current and future problems.

At 110p we are a group of experts and engineers always striving for more than 100%. We love to share our learnings, mentor founders and build products.

My 3 pillars

Biz

In the last 8 years, I learned a lot about founding ventures. Minimal financial resources led me to efficiency and creativity. Challenging market validation made my mindset agile & lean thoroughly. And failures thought me valuable learnings.

Fields of expertise

  • Developing investment cases with ability to gain public funding
  • Corporate disruption instead of performance innovation
  • Vision telling to tech teams to make the mission tangible for developers
  • Company building, Design thinking, Scrum, Mentoringj

When I was 10 years old, I coded my first website. For me developing is one of the most creative jobs in life. You can create things, which give happiness, help and meaning to people’s lives.  Nowadays you don’t need to code – start prototyping.

Fields of expertise

  • Product management of hardware, data science & web applications
  • I call it “app stitching” – using the frameworks and libraries available for ultra-fast prototyping
  • Software-stack migration from monoliths to a sustainable modular microservice architecture

While taking on the startup-founder rollercoaster and getting an expert of two worlds, I developed a fast understanding of environments and conditions, which turn ideas and projects into success or failure. Now I want to help others do it right.

Fields of interest

  • Remote-first team leadership
  • Location-flexibility
  • Work-life balance
  • Family time
  • Future of work
  • Culture books
  • Vision, mission vs. action steps
  • Holacracy

A lot of people work extremely hard and still struggle to survive. Choose one thing and become a master of it. Choose a second thing and become a master of that. When you become a master of two worlds (say, engineering and business), you can bring them together in a way that will introduce hot ideas to each other, so they can have idea sex and make idea babies that no one has seen before.
